2. Do MP3 earphones work on DS lite?
3. Do we HAVE to buy screen protectors, OR can we use something else at home?

4. Whatdo "YOU"use for the TOUCH SCREEN (stylus, pen, finger, other wierd stuff)

well the white does not show smudges as much as the black but the black doesnt show scratches as much as the white so its a 50-50 kinda thing

It depends. White kinda turns yellowish after a while, and with the black, your fingerprints are really visible. Depends on which you're willing to live with. (I own a black, and my older brother has a white)

Well, I always use screen protectors. I don't want my screen dirty.

Stylus, or opposite end of a pen if I can't find my stylus.

how does the white one turn yellow and how long does it take to start?

planning on a WHITE or BLACK one

1. White. It may get dirty, but I think it looks classier.

3. I would get a screen protector. Using some other material may ruin the screen.

4. I always use the stylus. Then again...I'm really obsessed with keeping my games and systems in top shape.

i think u can, cuz i tried it with my mp3 plugged into my comp's speakers and it worked fine but dunno if it'll work on the DSL.

3. The screen protectors are optional, but it's recommended.

BTW, as long as its a standard mini-plug, it will work with the Lite....even speakers.

White because then it doesn't show smudges.

I think almost every kind of earphones work with it.

No screenprotectors needed.

Stylus and finger, but nothing else.

I care about my toys, so I use them ;)

I would go with the Onyx color (black) because it just looks plain sexy :D. Sure, you'll get smudges, but you can easilly wipe them off, and it's not that big of a deal.

Oh, and the black stylis is bigger too.

You can never be too careful i guess. I got screen protectors.

CAN U CLEAN THE YELLOWISH STUFF ON THE WHITE, IF YES IS IT EASY?

OR CAN WE JUST KEEP IT CLEAN BY CLEANING IT ALL THE TIME(before and after playin) TO PREVENT DIRTINESS?

The yellowish stuff happens to a lot of white plastic consumer electronics especially if the batch of the plastic was off. It's a combo of sunlight and skin oils. Nothing can be done. It usually takes a year or more. SNES consoles and home comps turned yellow a lot.

At first you will be happy with your white handheld, but when time comes, you will regret. lol.

My Indigo GBa has a white shoulder buttons. Now its half-way to black. lol
