Quick question about 3DS backwards compatibility

Will it be able to download DSiWare? I know DS games will be playable on it, but what about downloadable DSi games?

You better be able to transfer it too.

I think there's going to be a hole new online service ( 3DSware maybe ? or something like that ) and that every DSiWare games will be under a special category.
