3D console games only: 1) Ocarina of Time 2) Twilight Princess 3) Skyward Sword 4) Majora's Mask 5) Windu Waka Honorable mention to Spirit Tracks...I really like that game a lot. I think it gets unfairly lumped with Phantom Hourglass which I hated. People overlook the fantastic dungeon design in Spirit Tracks, hell they were much better than WindWaker's dungeons that's for damn sure.

ST was amazing. One of the best recent Zelda games.

Needless to say (but I am saying it anyway because it makes me feel better after listing Twilight Princess last and Skyward Sword second-to-last), all of them are great games and have huge merits.
Still playing skyward sword right now and reading the wikia of zelda, but I have to say that the story of zelda is pretty amazing yet never really gets praise, if only the storytelling was better I think this will be noticed more
Also after having played skyward sword, I dont think I could do without motion controls in a zelda console game anymore

Awesome! Another ST fan :P I feel like the game is so under-appreciated, while I loved it.
