Sd card????????????????????/HELP

I was planning on getting a 4Gb sandisk sd card tommorow. But i hear that the wii can only can take a 2.0 Gb sd card or less is that true. And is the wii compatible with sandisk sd cards. Please help i dont wanna make the wrong choice and waste ma time and money.

Only 2 gigs and yes it's compatible.

Like Duck said the Wii supports only 2Gig right now. There have been a few chance times where higher cards have worked but most don't.

The nice thing is that right now you don't really ned that large of a card and hopefully in the future we see a firmware update that expands what the Wii will hold when we need more storage.

Well you would also like to think that people would make threads that explained some of the problem in the title. Not just help in caps with a ton of question marks but they're sort of new here so they'll learn over time.
