I know there are some coming to Wii but why not more?

Jet Set Radio Future

a real house of the dead

a more dedicated Nights project

a main stream sonic

Skies of Arcadia

Shenmue

Phantasy Star

Yakuza

orginal series

So far Sega's best selling games are on Wii why are they sitting on their hands? I know its only been a year but they have a huge library that they could pick from.

I'd love to see all those on the Wii, especially Shenmue...but Sega already sold its rights to Microsoft, I hope at least Microsoft finishes the trilogy on the 360 otherwise it would be a waste.

Nintendo could benefit from sega if they were exclusive to them. most of sega's games would be a perfect fit for the wii. i want a new virtua cop, and i wanted shenmue, but since its seems that microsoft has the rights to that propery, its looks like it will never happen. we need more games sega!!!!:D

Good point--all of these games are great. Jet Set Radio Future, er... I mean Jet Grind Radio for the win! :) I loved that game on the Dreamcast. Some of the magic was lost in the way painting worked in JSRF on the Xbox.

If there was a new Skies, Phantasy Star, and Jet Set Radio, I don't think I'd ever leave my basement. Seriously, I clocked so many hours into those games, it's ridiculous!

I'd also like to see a new Golden Axe (there's one coming out for the 360, but it's a single player 3rd Person Hack n' Slash), a new Streets of Rage, a new Shinobi, and a sequel to Comix Zone - I loved that game on the Genesis, but damn, was it hard! I thought Shenmue was reveloutionary at the time it came out, but I never picked up the Xbox sequel, and sort of stopped caring about the series.

Shenmue was sold to MS????

Anyway there are alot of unsatisfied Sega fans out there, including me, that wants to see some continuation of these innovative games. I dont know whats happened to Sega but they just refuse to make these games.

I think that Sega needs to keep porting some of those awesome arcade games. I think they made a Jurrasic Park arcade game that I used to play all the time.

Ristar was an amazing game created by Sega. The main character was an original Sonic design and he used long stretch arms to swing around levels.

This would be a great game for a Wii sequel.

Give it time. We're already getting great support from SEGA. 1. Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (one of the best launch games) 2. Sonic and the Secret Rings (Best 3D Sonic game since the days of the Dreamcast) 3. NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams (sequel to a 10 year old cult cIassic) 4. Ghost Squad (cIassic arcade series) 5. Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games (not the best game, but a historic crossover nonetheless) 6. Genesis. Master System, and Game Gear for Virtual Console And then we have these cIassic SEGA series about to come back: -Samba de Amigo -The House of the Dead -SEGA Bass Fishing Those are huge for true SEGA fans. Bass Fishing may not seem like much, but it is one of SEGA's longest-running franchises. The House of the Dead may only be a compilation, but it is perfectly suited to the Wii. Samba de Amigo coming back is also amazing. The original was absolutely amazing. It takes time to produce great games. Expect a few big SEGA titles to be announced at GDC.

SEGA didn't sell the rights to Shenmue. Yu Suzuki still owns the IP. Just don't expect a sequel, because SEGA lost more money on those two games than they did on any others in their history.

Will we see an overall improvement from Sega and will we see them properly utilize golden franchises? Only the future can tell.
