if you already own a wii, don't bother. Especially if you downloaded anything off the wii shop. Downloaded content CANNOT be transfered to another Wii. Purchasing a Wii just to change it's colour, yet you lose some of your games, is not worth it. Also, some game data can't be transported for some reason. So you might lose your saved data on some games. (Super Smash Bros Brawl is an example. You can save your replays and created stages, but you'll lose all your unlocked characters, stages, and trophies.)
I am....So you should too ;). Seriously I have metroid prime trilogy just sitting here (got it today) and I want to play it so bad but I don't have a Wii yet lol.
if you own a wii i say no inless its a japanese wii if you don't own a wii then i guess you should but theres not a difference i like the white one better
I'm getting the black Wii even though I already have a Wii, Motion +, plus another controller , plus 2 games (lost Wii sports) is what 150 bucks there? Might as well shell out another 50.
ATTENTION EVERYONE WITH DOUBTS RELATED TO THE BLACK WII: it is exactly the same as the white wii. it isn't bigger, it isn't smaller, it doesn't have any extra features, and it costs exactly the same. BOTH THE WHITE AND THE BLACK packages now come with one Wii MotionPlus and a copy of Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort
if u already have a wii, dont be stupid and buy it, but if u are planning on buying a wii, wy not? same price same great games and add-ons, and wayyy better look

There have been many times throughout videogame history where a console was released in a different color. Some people prefer different colors (although neither black or white are technically colors). Only this generation with the millions of 360 and PS3 sku's have there been these constant editions to consoles, such as bigger and bigger hard drives and adding hdmi ports.
