ill be honest i was super hyped for this game, i am a big mario fan and just got done playig through sunshine again to get ready for this. when i first turned it on i got that fuzzy feeling and all and when you first start playing you will get really pissed. this game looks like a 360 game. there is no other game on gamecube or wii that can compare anywhere to galaxys visuals and quality. and for me that pisses me off that we have had over 100 crappy games before this one. but hopefully it will force developers to up the ante on their products to keep up. those complaining about graphics play galaxy. u will shut up real quick. makes metroid, twighlight princess and all other wii games look like crap hands down.
now my first like 30 mins, ill admit, i wasnt sure if i was gonna like it to much. aside from the over amazing quality it took me a while to get used to the galaxies world layout and running around on the planets. because u will be upside down alot lol. a whole lot. the games music comes from alot of other mario games and that helps set a great atmosphere. ive got about 20 stars so far and im about 3 hours in. once i got used to being upside down alot, man this game will start to blow you away. the motion controls are limited but work great and are not tacked on. they feel great. the more i played the more i didnt wanna put the controller down.
make one note now before you all get your copies, if you are expecting mario 64 or sunshine this is not like either. it is worlds above those games. it is a true next gen mario experience.
