I suspect that there's going to be alot of older gamers. Me and my crotchity old friends look at the new ultra violent shooter games coming out for Xbox and just aren't attracted to them. It's like we've done the ultra violence, we've grown up, our testosterone has dropped and we want to play video games. Not get our aggression out. The Wii satisfies that, because the games are a bit more...retro. It reminds me of the Super Nintendo in a way. Which was the hey day for us old guys and our games.
I think 50% of the topics on the Wii board are about age are that many of you truely that insecure with yourselves or purchase that you need to know others ages? 25 just to stay on topic.
I'm 27, and your never to old to play games. My grandparents have a N64 PS2, DS, and they just bought a Wii. My parents even have a Wii, my dad likes to play Geometry Wars and some hunting game, and even has some VC games.
