sounded realistic to me
I dunno why nintendo doesnt think this is an issue. Why are there 4 sheets worth of channels if the memory only allows to fill up 1 1/2 sheets?doctores143
yea thats another thing if we do get a solution we wouldnt have enough channel space to put all the games well the people who download constantly wont
I've got about five so far, but I back them up to my SD card so that I am at least covered if I do have to bring them to another wii. Though I'll probably get quite a few once MM9 is released. Been itching for a reason to buy more wii points.codezer0
vc games can only be played on one Wii, that being the one they ere DL'ed on :|
[QUOTE="King-gamer"][QUOTE="Rocky32189"][QUOTE="codezer0"][QUOTE="jude11"][QUOTE="codezer0"]What's wrong with simply redownloading what you already own? **** just do something else while it's busy d/l'ing.monty_4256
its annoying
then get an SD card. they're **** cheap as hell now.You can't play games off of SD cards.
That's why Nintendo needs to give us an update to fix that problem.
you do realise you can re-download any games you want? and it takes like 30 seconds at most!
I'm sure everyone wants to wait and redownload a game again and again and again just to play it
Well, there goes my idea! And I had it all planned out, too:

This plan wouldn't work.
There is no way to hook up an SD card with decades old printer ribbons. The time paradox would be accelerated by the clock, so the banana would turn to mush so fast it would create a black hole that would suck everything in.
Unless you make another black hole, then they might theoretically absorb each other, thus cancelling out to give us infinte but indefinate storage on our Wii.
Good luck formating infinite storage.

also you don't have to delete them all, so if you've finished one and aren't planning to play it anymore you can delete it and download it again. It's an ingenius idea that some people can't grasp, it's not, "delete them all cos I need space, then download it again every time I wanna play." And it also isn't "If I delete it nintendo will make me pay again!"
it's "delete what i don't need!" cos that's what sensible people do
I'm sorry to tell ya people but if your running out of space you've definitely got stuff on there you don't need
and it doesn't cost anything to delete and redownload, and since they're so small it's not a problem to redownload, it's not like the stuff you don't need is gonna be used all that often... if ever again.
as for storage space, the real problem is for downloadable contenet in games, which will be coming out soon with games like GH world tour. which will start to cos a problem (but also has the idea that it doesn't cost anything to download it again). WE NEED MORE STORAGE, but not for VC or wiiware games
we need more storage so wiiware can expand and increase it's file sizes, we need more storage so updates can be added to games, so content can be added, so online services can improve. And we need more storage for developers to feel more freedom with the online system.

Some people's Wiis aren't right next to there computer. (Mine's on the other side of the house) So sometimes it can take forever.

they should make a vc channel that only takes up one space and when you open it is shows all your games how about that

that means you have a broken signal
it should take the same length of time wherever you are as long as your connected
yours is obviously disconnecting and connecting a lot
couldn't they just make a cheap (very very cheap) flash drive that could hold 10-20 gigs like they sell at stores nowadays already? Just include a firmware update when it's plugged in one of the usb slots.
Please excuse my terminology, I'm not exactly sure if that's what they are called or not, but I do believe they are called flash drives.

I'm pretty sure you can fill up all the channels if you download only NES games.

I definately agree with that. As it is now, the main menu is very unorganized.

how about a channel for each system top break it down even more so. One for NES, SNES, N64, Tgfx64, Genesis, etc...
if they only made one for just games, it would basically be a carbon copy of what we have now. Just an extra menu to open up....then page after page.

The problem is they are afriad of hackers which is why we might never get better storage. if they make an HDD or a flash drive people will be able to access the information on their computers copy it and send it to other people. which might be why u cant play games of SD cards. a quick fix for now would be for nintendo to update the wii so that u can use SD memory cars over 2GBs it wouldnt fix the problem but it would show that they care and it would apease may people
