Having clicking in analog sticks, does that mean that they'll probably allow less Classic Controller compatability considering it means that the CC now has two less buttons than the Wii U tablet? Oh my goodness I love my gold CC pro, but seriously so few games (ESPECIALLY NSMB,DKCR,KRTD) actually use it...I mean come on more third party platformers (Rayman, Sonic Colors) allow it than first party ones.

I doubt there was ever any chance of the CC being used for an actual Wii U game. That would have made no sense.

Well it would be great to be able to play local MP modes on Wii U games.

I hope they allow it. Two less buttons should actually be an incentive to do so so we can map them wherever we want :P

Rumor: Employee Responsible for Leaking Wii U Controller Photo Fired, May Face Litigation

Nintendo doesn't mess around when people leak stuff they'd rather save for E3. According to Erlend Wollan, a system development consultant for several platforms, the employee who posted up the photo of his dev kit Wii U controller has been fired and may face a suit in court. Some secrets are best kept to yourself, especially in a business that takes information leakage very seriously!

"Dev at Traveller's Tales who leaked updated WiiU controller (now with sticks!) already fired and may be taken to court. Respect NDA's folks."

Well if its true, that wouldn't be surprising. Those NDA's do exist for a reason and they clearly state what will happen if you break them.

Doesn't the Wii U tablet only have 1 set of shoulder buttons, while the classic controller has 2? Those would make up for the extra buttons.

No the Wii U tablet has two shoulder buttons and two triggers.

The Shoulder buttons are called ZL and ZR. The Triggers are called L and R.

Looks like they can add as many buttons as they want with that huge controller.
