Some questions about Nintendo DS

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a NDS so I got a few questions:

1- Is Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector enough to play online from home? And does this work with any ISP?

2- Is pokemon pearl/diamond a good game to play online?

3- What pokemon version should I get? Pearl or Diamond?

Yes. You just plug it into your computer, install the drivers, and away you go, provided that your computer is connected to the internet. It basically uses your computer as a proxy access to provide wi-fi that your Wii and DS can recognize and use.

2- Is pokemon pearl/diamond a good game to play online?

Well, you can trade Pokemon and battle with friends online, and I find it a really fun game. You can piece together for yourself whether you consider that a "good game to play online".

3- What pokemon version should I get? Pearl or Diamond?

There's no huge difference between the two. The biggest difference is that there are certain Pokemon that you can only catch in one of the versions. If you have a friend who has one, get the other, as then you can trade the ones you can't get in your friend's for the ones you can't get in yours. If not, however, just flip a coin. You won't miss anything huge in one that you'll get in the other.

4- Do I need any extra accessory to save my progress in a game (like a memory card)?

5- I've read on wikipedia it causes an IP conflict when an existing network is using 192.168.0.x .

For example, the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector will cause an IP conflict if an existing network is using the 192.168.0.x or 192.168.1.x IP schemes, both common IP ranges used in consumer routers.

Since I'm sharing internet with another computer, will it cause any conflict?

PS: My friends don't have NDS, is it still worth it to play pokemon online? Is there a system to find battles or I need others people FC (that number which is like an IP) ?

Nope. All saved games go to the game card. The DS has no internal hard drive or memory cards.

I... don't know, actually. I've never heard of this before. I've never run into any conflicts, and I can't imagine why sharing an internet with another computer would do so.

Unfortunately, you can only battle people added to your friends list. However, you can probably find people here on GameSpot who will be happy to battle with you.
