Hopefully not. I can't think of a more useless feature.
How about a Sonic game that is actually as good as the Genesis games? Do you think we'll ever see one of those?

I'm pretty sure the Sonic Advanced series pulled that off, at least in my opinion.
They were better than the god-awful 3D Sonic games but none lived up to the Genesis classics. Both the Sonic Advance and Sonic Rush series focused on getting to the end of the stage the fastest. There was no real platforming elements, they were completely linear, and way too easy. All you had to do was hold right. The old Sonic games were actually somewhat challenging.

For some reason, everyone I know (Who's played Sonic Adventure) seems to love Chao's. I can't see the point. It's basically just a pet sim except that it's got Sonic & his menagarie of idiots in it.
