Things I noticed playing Sport Resort. Golf: I don't really understand how pressing B to set your stance works, but I noticed this. I tend to slice the ball a lot (it curves to the right). If I point the Wii remote down and BEHIND me (if straight down is 6 o'clock, then at 5 or 4 o'clock), I can hit the ball straight most of the time. If you get the position right it is hard not to hit a straight shot. Power Cruising. The nunchuk seems to have nothing but a metaphorical role here: it is the left handlebar. The Wii remote seems to control all the steering and speed. So hold the Wii remote like you would for MarioKart. Put the nunchuk in your lap and ignore it (you have to keep it plugged in or you can't play the game). Keep the A button on the left, controlled with your left thumb, and keep a firm grip so you don't drop it when you twist it to speed up. Tilt the remote very gently to turn. I tried this and immediately blew through a week's worth of high scores.

May make the power cruising enjoyable... Is it just me who feel it´s utter torment for your arms and shoulders holding the controls like that?

As for Wii golf my tip is ignore it if you like golf and buy Tiger Woods PGA tour 10 instead. Much more funny mini games or arcade games except for the superior versions of real and frisbee golf.

i had no problems with golf. some practice and you'll learn that curving the "clubmote" to the left makes the ball go to the left, curve to the right and it goes to the right. learn how to not twist your wrist when swinging and you'll have a straight shot. as for power cruising, if you move just the nunchuck, it'll move in the direction you want; if you move just the wiimote, same thing. if you move both, it'll make a sharper turn. besides, what's the fun of jet skying without the 2 handlebars?

Sounds good but I just use Wii sports resort for exercise. Nothing beats exercising to a video game. I try not to cheat and boy do I get sore.
