Steelix or Skarmory for a physical wall?

Which one would serve better as a physical wall and for support like stealth rock or spikes for skarmory?

Steelix, Sassy, Ev trained for HP and Sp. Def @Leftovers
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Explosion
-Stone Edge (Only rock move in my team xD)

OR

Skarmory, Impish, Ev trained for HP, Def, and 20 Speed @Leftovers
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird (Should i replace this with stealth rock since I don't think this will even survive for 3 rounds setting up spikes?)
-Roost

Other pokemon on my team are scizor, salamence, kingdra, mismagius, and vaporen if it helps with anything o-o

Skarmory, your steelix has a bad nature, plus skarmory is just all around a better poke

Steelix with sassy isn't bad o-o it's defense is alrdy boosted and needs stats is Special Def. so I chose to use sassy o: and since for skarmory is it good to have both spikes and stealth rock?

Skarmory. Steelix has weakness' to a few common types such as ground, fighting and water.

I've always liked Steelix better.
