super smash brothers? oh yeah i dont care!

Now, now, the SSBB hype is no where near the Halo 3 hype. Besides, if it sticks to it's formula, we all know it will be a great game. 

Its dumb that u can't use the remote and nunchuck for this game, what is that? U have to use virtual console controller and maybe gamecube? Thats dumb that they make a system based around this controller and then u can't use it for the biggest game the system has.Zeekeal

Unless nintendo packages the game with a gamecube controller or actually will let you use the remote and nunchuck, people across the world will be pissed majorly off. Not everyone owns a gamecube. Not everyone owns a working gamecube controller. The wii is designed to be used with the wii remote and nunchuk, not old perhiphials.

SSB is the only fighting game I've ever liked.  Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur, etc. have never interested me much, but SSB is amazing.  I'm excited for the game just because it'll have new characters, not to mention online, improved graphics, new stages, items, etc.  Holy cow.  I'm about to wet my pants...  brb.

And for the guys saying the n64 smash is better than melee, wth? Melee is the exact same thing but with tons of extras and better controls!

And for the guys saying its stupid to not use the wii mote with the nunchuk, either smash uses a control scheme that completely resembles the old controllers by using the wiimote and the nunchuk or it sticks with gc controllers/classic controllers. THE GAME ALREADY HAS A SET OF CONTROLLERS, IT CANT BE CHANGED. It could be twiched a lil bit but the controllers wont differ than the ones we have with melee.

Well, I looking forward for this game like 4 years (when I want a sequel for Melee on the GC). So, for me, Wii = Smash Brawl + Metroid Prime 3... I don't care if it needs a GC controller to play, or if it is similar to Melee, I want this game!!!

By the way, Fire Emblem is a great series!!! I hope they release a FE game on the Wii someday...

Personaly I can't stand Smash Brothers, never have never will. There's a hundred other games I'd rather play. But I can certainly understand why its so big.
