[QUOTE="Ironre5"][QUOTE="danger_ranger95"] lol... never saw this thread yet.
The screen that was shown on the first or second page already proves that game is and will be the best looking 3rd party game on the Wii so far. (unless.....yes, unless one the expected titles releases prior).
Nothing on the Wii that has been released so far can even compare to the Conduit visually. SMG, MP3, SSBB, MoH:H2, TP, ect, ect, ect. Everything thus far imo looks like late life GC games. I'm not saying the GC could have produced games such as the above mentioned, but I don't think any of the released games so far have been spectacular while comparing it to the Conduit.
Yes, it might be a generic shooter...but what else do we have to compare to it???
There are some good looking games coming out, so I hope they all blow us away, it's not just the Conduit.
Picklechugger
wait so youre saying MP3 and SMG look like late GC games?? wth are you talking abt?
I always find it funny how people need to have the last word, but don't have an argument, so they just pick a random sentence that really is besides the point and try to use that as ammo.
Yes, that's my opinion. If you recall...Mario 128 was a demo that showed that GC technology could handle tons of moving objects onscreen at once.
SMG was an evolution of this demo. Again, I never once said GC could handle a complete game like SMG (but who knows, it might have been able to). All I'm implying is that SMG and MP3 didn't look to be what people praised them for. They did indeed look improoved over the previous versions slightly, but it wasn't like there is a huuuuugggeeee gap between the two series' last installments. Especially MP3!!! The only differences I noticed between MP2/MP3 were the smoke effects after a missle was launched.
The Conduit's enviroments indeed some work, but the characters look awesome compared to anything so far imo. I believe the enviroments will be updated.
