The new Midnight Blue DSi XL: Opinions?

I'm considering buying it, not really because I need the bigger screens (though that's certainly nice), but because of the color (I've always wanted a blue handheld). Has anyone already gone out and bought one? What do you think?

well i have the plain dsi in midnight blue and it looks really good with it. the dark blue matches the ds perfectly.

Not to ride on "that" train. BUT the 3DS is right around the corner with a release in more than likely less than a year. You might just want to wait and see if we get the dark blue 3DS, but that is just me.

I'd get one but I already have a blue and black DSi. GO GET IT

I am SOOOOO TIRED of the "wait for the 3DS" nonsense. Maybe some people don't want to wait a year to play games or for what many perceive to be a better gaming experience. Geeeez

I stayed away from this one because I heard of the top screen being tinted blue for some reason.

I picked up the Midnight Blue DSi XL, and I like the color and the black backside of the console, I also have the Bronze, but I like the Blue one more of the two I own. ;)

Don't quote me on this, but I believe all the XL models have a glossy finish on the top half.

EDIT: NVM, just saw that someone else already mentioned that. Didn't see the second page :P
