I don't know why people are complaining about the GS score. A game that got a 10 about 13 years ago isn't supposed to get the same or something close just because it got better visuals, the impact of the game is not even close to what it was back then. In that time how you felt when you saw Link in 3D for the first time in a whole new adventure after games like Link to the Past or Link's Awakening?

It is a remake, doesn't look exactly as before plus they don't seems to lower the score of older games re-realise in HD without graphics improvements.
8.5 for a game that's almost 13 years old is still bloody good. So bummed that it's almost 2 weeks until the Australian launch.

You know you could have ordered the European version online seeing as they are also PAL territory and will work on Australian 3DS systems. Mine will arrive sometime in the next 3-4 days, while the majority of my fellow Australias continue on waiting.
Whatever.. IGN says the game was perfection so why change a lot of the music and mechanics.. they gave it a 9.5. Here comes Gamespot with their famous low scores... 8.5. What else is new. Bet if Final Fantasy VII came out with ps3 graphics.. remastered music.. better controlls.. the works... Gamespot will be like... "Yup... 8.0" While IGN and Game Informer give it 9s. I know this has nothing to do with FF games.. But Zelda and FF are classics.. and GS seems to low ball games. Now I know how the Duke Nukem fans feel when GS decided to give it a 3.0 while atleast other sites gave it slighty higher scores. Low balling everything.Xtatic324
It's to a point where you literally see the 8.5 coming... They do it JUST to do it nowadays.. No proof of why, just little tid bits here and there, and the 8.5 is just what they want to review it as.. I was a hardcore GS fanboy.. I haven't been ever since I predicted 8 out of 10 reviews. phail.
