Yup I got one, found it was quite easy to get one here in New Zealand, the Wii is kindoff underated, anyway i got Super Mario Galaxy, and Big Brain Academy(For teh Wii-mote).
My brother in law got one for Christmas. My wife totally loved it. I'm now on the hunt for one. I really wasn't in to getting one until now. But no one has any at the moment and I'm not desperate enough to buy a $500 bundle or anything overpriced on the internet. Wish me luck in the search.
I now I'll sound stupid, but the Wii is so much better than I expected when I opened It, and hooked it up this Christmas. I only own Twilight Princess, but it is amazing. If only I could have picked one up earlier. I was too broke from my original PS3 last January lol. I'm going to Wii for weeks now lmao.
i was too late in getting a wii and now gotta wait till jan 13:( which i orederd on from wow.... till then ill have to play other peoples in the street haha:D
I just bought one for one of my friends...and i already have my own Wii. I was actually shocked to find one, but i guess this will make my friend really happy and christmas is all about giving. Good luck to all the others still hunting for one, because it can be done.
I signed up for the wii reservation at gamestop last friday, and this friday I was going get my money back, but they called me right before I was going to leave and told me that they got it in stock, Very Lucky.
Wiis are probably the most missed supply/demand margin ever. Either this is Nintendo's plan, to keep people waiting so they can get it so that not everyone has one, thus making it not "so yesterday", or Nintendo has manufacturing issues. I wanted a Wii in May for my birthday, and i got it in September. Many people didn'tget a Wii because kids generally take the holidays as the time to ask for the most expensive gifts, so many people went to get a Wii. A lot of kids were probably disappointed that they didn't get one.
I've had one since February. I had told my mom that I wanted one, but the thing is, she didn't tell me she was going to get one that day. She just woke up at about 5:30 or 6:00 one Sunday morning and decided to go see if she could reserve one. :P It was very sweet of her, I'm thankful that she did that for me. :)
lol wiis aren't that hard to get got one in the first 2 months from target right off the shelves no line and it was available at 10pm on a saturday morning with 3 left
i got a Wii at EBgames yesterday. Im not sure how many they had but im surprised that they had any. It was at my local mall and target, FYE, and Best Buy were sold out and EBGames had a few. Im reall enjoying it from day one glad i got it :)
Me and 2 of my brothers recieve one (not 3 lol). I can't really get all that into it. Metroid is somewhat addicting as is Zelda. Mario galaxy is aight in my standards. My brother works at Best Buy so getting a Wii wasn't too hard (they save some for the employees except sometimes they are Evil and give the employees away...). I casually play wii, but not as often as another system.
Im more of a hardcore gamer on a different system-wont list here due to not wanting to get moderatedtionismed but look at my profile and its obvious.
Already had a Wii. Got it last June. But I did get some new games for it for Christmas: Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Super Mario Galaxy, and Guitar Hero III. I'm going to night to use whats left of my Christmas money to get Medal of Honor Heroes 2 so I can have something to go online with other than GHIII because at the moment, I'm not very good. So to those who are still waiting, hang in there.

I'm talking to lotus_story. Plus the word "wii" means two in japanese Nintendo is from japan you know. I'm sorry but what you said about the word was extremely uncalled for.
