Ok, don't feel bad. I was stuck on that one for nearly an hour and was about ready to throw something at the TV....
Anyhow..... Here's as much of a walkthrough as I can give you based on what I remember...
Step 1: Take bart to the wall left of the entrance next to the lunar lander mural. Clumb the wall and get the the bonus item on top.
Step 2: Move Bart to the Shuttle Claw (looks like a telephone pole). He can jump up and climb up the pole. Get to the top and then jump over onto the rings of the 2 planets, making your way over to the launch gantry that's to the right of the front door. Once there, flip the switch so Homer can climb up.
Step 3: Before sending homer up the ladder of the gantry, have him also climb up the pole and jump over onto the belly of the Space Shuttle to grab the Duff can...
Step 4: Have homer go up onto the lanuch gantry, then jump over onto the solar panel of the space station and cause it to "tip" downwards closest to the gantry. Take bart to the far end of the solar panel and use it to jump over to the ring around the earth.
Step 5: Run around to the back side of the earth to collect the bonus...
Step 6: Jump from the ring around the earth up onto the moving up and down platforms to make your way to the top.
That's about it...
