Definitely Cooperation Play, hopefully online too. Besides that, just add more Pikmins and a bit more of depth in the battles, not just throwing away Pikmins mindlessly.

Seeing as how Pikmin 2 is the best gameI have ever played, it is hard for me to think of something that would improve the game. I do want them to make a solid online for the awesome vs multiplayer from the second game. I also really want downloadable challenge mode levels and leader boards for them.

P.S. to those who want co-op,I'm assuming youwant the co-op in the main game, because Pikmin 2 had co-op in Challenge mode.

Cooperative play through the entire campaign. I'm talking split screen, with one player using Louie, the other using Olimar, with up to 100 pikmin each, throughout the entire campaign. Online play with wii speak not necessary, but welcome.

Co-op in Adventure Mode

Online Vs. Mode

Better difficulty, the one flaw Pikmin 2 had was that it was too easy.

Piklopedia returning is a definite!

I'd like to see wheather effects, such as very hot areas you can only take red Pikmin to, maybe areas with rain that you can only take blue pikmin too but you can take other Pikmin under logs or leaves or something.

Maybe have electrical items that only Yellow Pikmin can carry, have more complex puzzles too in the caves.

yos huld be able to fuse pikemen like blue And yellow make green and green can dose somthing having to do with grass or a orenge pikmen who could be a extreem fighter

A reduced difficulty level would be great.

Pikmin 1 was frustratingly difficult, Pikmin 2 was just right.

I think it would be a very unique approach to the game if you could actually play as a Pikmin, along with several other players over Wi-Fi, and the team captain could be Olimar maybe...or else maybe you could throw eachother too. I think that would put an interesting spin on Pikmin as we know it. Imagine, working together as a team to take down a massive Bulborb - some of you clinging onto the thing and biting it, some of you beating at it with your antennae, and some of you throwing bombs at it. They could add more weapon options to the game this way too, like different types of bombs - maybe make pitfalls your team can dig and cover with leaves for unsuspecting enemies to fall into.

And, you could even have players playing as the enemy monsters as well.

I think it would be pretty awesome.

Co-op for sure, I find louie is pretty useless most of the time when I can only operate one at a time. And the game should be more like the original Pikmin because I personally thing it was better. Also better A.I. and maybe more Pikmin in the field if possible, and finally online battle and leaderboards.

the only thing id like to see are some different landscapes, such as tree tops or a desert like area with new creatures and new types of pikmin.

i think it would be cool to add humans to the game! I mean the world looks exactly like earth! you even find a globe! it would be funny if you can capture a human with the pikmin and turn the human into a king kong type thing...you know everything besides the part where he escapes and dies... imagine tripping him/her with a rope and then quickly tying his/her hands and feet and gaging them!...what would you do if it was you being kidnapped by the Pikmin...OMG!

i also think it would be cool to have more pikmin but take out the white and purple and adding two new ones...or atleast keep them...give them onions... and get one or two other pikmin and give them onions!..the thing that bothers me with pikmin 2 is they dont have onions and you have to sacrifice ther pikmin to get them!!

hmmm lets see...co op would be nice...online co op maybe...extremely looong game...keep it like P2 and no time limit...Keep Olimar (Louie can be replaced)...maybe the ability to to change olimars space suit and his features (hey no one would expect that)...okk uhh the ability to have pikmin stack up on one another and make stairs so you can get somewhere are make other things...like pyrimids...and thats all i can think right now.

-improved graphics -smarter pikmin (they can get around obstacles, up bridges, etc without Olimar being right next to them) -random climate or weather changes to work around -specific online co-op and versus missions -more landscapes -raise pikmin cap

Online Co-op for campaign, Online Versus Mode, up to 200 or so Pikmin at a time controllable

Better graphics (can't be too good with so many pikmen on screen though), NPC controls,

a few new pikmin, i haven't beaten 1 and haven't played 2 so i don't know if you can ever use the monsters to your advantage but i'd like to be able to maybe have some pikmin pilot these animals that walk around, having them be slow but very powerful.

capture points on a map to get more pikmin a la Dawn of War, Wii Speak online, no lag whatsoever (the 100s of pikmin could cause lag)

most of all, i want to see it out in the USA by fall 2009, september or october at best

I wouldn't mind adding Pimin v Pikmin situation in the campaign. A rival company arrives ont he planet and mutate the Pikmin and you have to stop them before the entire Pimin population is enslaved. Along with the regular collecting and descending clock countdown.

Ofline Coop and Online coop as well as online battle.

The controls from NPC should be improved upon in Pikmin 3. The game needs ever stronger graphics, seriously I want to be as surprised as I was back when the first two came out.

ONLINE PLAY for sure, also though, i want them to keep their awesome art direction and push the Wiis Graphics hardware to the absolute limit.

maybe 1 or 2 more kinds of pikmin.

Oh yeah. If possible,I also want to see a realistic claymation graphic-style in the game, like the promotional artwork for Pikmin 2 had.

your freakin insane right how do u think pikmin 2 was the most difficult and pikmin 1 the least cause the original pikmin was really really really (2 hours later) really hard and pikmin 2 was the easiest

I actually think Mario Galaxy was a step backwards from Sunshine, but that is just my personal opinion. I agree that Animal Crossing CF is hardly worth buying, the Gamecube and DS versions were both worth a buy, but this one doesn't really improve upon anything, which shows that Nintendo doesn't try.

Okay, I'll give it a shot:

  • More areas to explore.
  • More underground areas.
  • A new kind of Pikmin would be nice, but I'd be fine with the current five.
  • More items to be used by Olimar/Louie.
  • Random weather/area effects.
  • Improved A.I.
  • Possibly longer time during the day. Not needed, but it always helps.
  • Online and Offline co-op during the main storyline, where the other player can drop in and out whenever he/she feels like it.
  • Stage creator for custom challenges, as well as downloadable ones (Like Brawl did, but with Pikmin).
  • More challenges with downloadable ones and special constest.
  • Bring back the bomb rocks!
  • New enviornmental strategies (i.e. bridge types, construction of items, etc.)
  • New enemies, but all of the old, too.
  • In-game screenshot capture (sends it to Wii Message Board).

Oh, there are so many excellent ideas which could be said about Pikmin 3. And, feel free to add onto anything I've mentioned.

Can't really think about any gameplay enhancements, but perhaps a new type of Pikmin? Can't really think of any myself, but new Pikmins are always welcomed. They're just so adorable.

Pikmin 2 had co-op in challenge mode and a great vs multi-player (but only for two players). I want Pikmin 3 to have a similar vs multi-player, but the possibilty to play against more than one opponent. If this mode supported four players, plus online that works... pure awesomeness. To be able to play co-op in single-player would be fantastic as well.

Here's hoping.

Online of some sort is all I need.

And to whoever says there should be humans, that wouldn't work. Olimar, the Pikmin, and all of the creatures are VERY small, smaller than a pencil. Humans would definitly ruin the whole game...they'd be much too big.
