After e3 it seems nintendo is tired of waiting for 3rd parties to develop something worthwhile and are now pushing real hard to sell their system. They know that the system isn't selling as expected because it lacks must have software and it looks like 3rd party isn't taking this seriously so nintendo is unleashing the must have titles.

After seeing the wii u presentation I was thinking why can't 3ds get support like that. How about a portable ghost recon, and what about that assassins creed game for 3ds. Sure there are great 3rd party games on the way but I was expecting some surprises for the summer. I guess the only games I'll be playing this summer is oot and re: mercenaries. And after that there will be another drought until fall.

where is the support? do you think 3ds should have been a little more powerful to gain real support from 3rd parties like wii u?

I suspect you will see a lot more third party support soon at TGS.

There is a Ghost Recon game for the 3DS that already came out at launch. It actually scored pretty well.

Assassin's Creed is coming to the 3DS. It's called Assassin's Creed: Lost Legacy. The third parties will come. There are other third party games that are around the corner. Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, Bit.Trip Saga, Cave Story 3D, SMT: Devil Survivor: Overclocked, Shinobi, Harvest Moon: The Tale Of Two Towns, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, Nano Assault, Sonic Generations and Tales of the Abyss are all set for this year.

In the future you have Kingdom Hearts 3D, Resident Evil: Revelations, Professor Layton & The Mask of Miracle, Professor Layton vs Ace Attorney, Mega Man Legends 3, Time Travelers, Fantasy Life and more.

By the end of it's first year the 3DS will have a pretty good library, with lots more to come.

Right now the 3DS is getting more support than the WiiU because. All third party games on the WiiU trailers were just PS3 and 360 footage and are games that will be available for the competition. Nintendo is doing the same think they did with the GC, Wii and DS. Before the launch of those system they made a presentation showing (lying) the system had the best third party support and after everyone rushes to the stores and bought the consoles everything began to get delayed or disappearing slowly. I won't fall next time with the WiiU.They got me one or two times but wont get me for the third time.

Samurai Warriors Chronicles is a decent game if you're interested in that.

I watched the entier E3 press conference for Nintendo and they never said that they have the alot of theird Party Support. I'm pretty sure they said something along the lines of that they are trying to make the Wii U as attractive as possible and that many developers are looking into it. But who knows....my memory has failed me before. Now about the 3DS... personally I feel that the 3DS has already gotten some good 3rd party support, atleast when compared to the Wii's launch year. The DS didn't get staller 3rd pary support either on it's first year, but as the years went on, it now has some awesome 3rd party games (mostly RPGs and puzzels but still, many people really enjoyed those games). I believe that the same will happen with the 3DS, maybe not as much as the DS, because of the price. Just my opinoun.

3ds is getting support.5 fighters was too much already for launch.DS got one decent one in what, 6 years?.Yeah.As the playerbase increases , more titles will come. In a single year it got more games from third parties than Wii did or DS did(big titles). So yeah, complaining is a bit ridiculous. Right now we got coming up, third party wise, nanostray 3(AWESOME), Lautrec(ok i guess), and Tekken 3ds on top of my head plus Heroes of Ruin, a FF game(hope its 6), and Assasins creed. Oh, and Revelations. And the ninja gaiden game.Oh and shinobi.Oh who are we kidding, theres plenty really, to look foward if we exclude nintendo . there are already more games on it i can afford and i want. And its been out for 3 months only. I think no other ninty console had it so easy at launch.
