Yeah I just found out and used my usb keyboard to type messages on the wii and it is alot faster and easier!!!!! Just plug it into the one of the usb ports in the back of the wii and start typing away!

It did. You still can't use one in the browser, but support was added for everything else.

Yeah the new upldates allowes it! I cant make a vid my camera battery died from making 2 other wii vids that are on my profile!

Wii 3.0 update brings keyboard support

TC is correct but not all work. It doesn't work on the browser.

as the wiimote uses bluetooth.. hopefully we can use bluetooth keyboards soon!

No he's right I tried it at my friends house yesterday after the update. It only work in the Shop Channel from what I know.

I've never been able to get my USB keyboard to work on the Wii. Then again, I hardly ever use my Wii for the Internet, so it's not that big of a deal.

Oh boy, this is old. Umm, they actually did update the browser sometime after I made this post, so you can now use a keyboard in it.

Oh, and there's also all the other channels, especially the message board, that already supported it when I made that post.
