upgrades you would want for twewy2!

this is all hypothetical, as no twewu2 has been announced

as (for me) this was a near perfect game. the character connection, intuitiveness, and overall presentation just made for a truly unique experience. ive dissected this game to try to find areas that could use more attention, or just 'new areas' in general. in actuality, there arent many areas that even need upgrades. but after playing this game, ive kinda became a perfectionist:oops:

1st- id love to see some kind of multi-player experience for this game. as it is heavy on partnerships and such, online/local play would easily boost the value of this game considerably. imagine going online w/ a buddy and both of you work in tandem w/ the puck to greatly boost your chance of survival. since you only have to concentrate on one screen, you could play it more creatively, and accurately.

2nd- the ability of which screen you would primarily control. i know this option is already available but not entirely. when using the top screen neku just sits there idle and vulnerable to whatever attack could be looming. an option to 'auto-play' the lower screen while you wreck havoc w/ new characters, on the top screen, would be a very welcomed addition

3rd- a clothing tweak would also be awesome. i actually put Beat in a suit, haplessly i had to let my imagination flourish as it wasnt displayed on screen. i think some kinda of graphical upgrade for clothing would make the game that much more enjoyable. in a sense that your kinda playing dress up w/ little digital people that could whoop some serious 'ass'phalt

4th- this one is more or less: voice work! more- since the game is text heavy it does get somewhat overwheleming to READ pi-face and joshua go at it (in genius fashion) about fractions and intergers and philosophies and whatever the scholarly discuss on. given the option to hear rather than read would be welcomed...too some extent. less- while voice work is like cheese on the rpg pizza, the game doesnt rlly have a cinematic appeal (a la ffIV). i think the approach was more comic-book than cinema. that being said, maybe more cutscenes could be added to mesh the storylines w/ the v/o

5th- maybe a bit more responsiveness from the lower sreen. rarely has it happened that im slashing @ neku and nothing is happening, but im supposing to be tossing sexy beams @ the noise. like i said though, this happens infrequently.

6th- JUST MORE IN GENERAL! music, pins, noise, characters..everything! twewy was chalk-full w/ content. i mean brimming w/ endless customizations. what could be better? more endless customizations:)

these are some areas i believe that could be added to an already epic rpg. this game stands near perfection and theres not much that can be done to the outfit. but those are my opinions. do you have any (upgrades) or thoughts on mine?

Agreed. I don't think it would be a great idea to add voices. I find it has a very unique style with their sound effects and the text just sort of adds to the comic book feel you get from playing this game. I think there should be a better way to manage your music and maybe go a little more in depth with the clothing system. It's kind of boring.

EDIT: Oh and it seems very likely to me that there will be a TWEWY 2 as I've heard a lot of phrasing in articles such as "A great start to SquareEnix's DS collection and a great new series to begin." and things similar to that but you're right, they haven't released anything official at this point.

i also heard that in a review somewhere. they reviewer stated that this game was an excellent way for s.e to kick off there ds foundation. not sure if he meant more wewy games or other sku's....but i guess we just have to wait and see!
