Walmart overcharging for Pokemon D/P?

that is pretty bad, maybe a mistake on thier behalf?

 walmart.com has it listed for 34.82

 i went to my local walmart today and they didnt even have it in stock.  

i bought both D/P for 90 is that a rip off?

well then again i bought it at 8:05 5 mins after wal-mart even opened

Fry's has it for a dollar cheaper at 26.99. :D

I refuse to buy it until the price drops a little or some store puts it on sale. $45CDN is $10 more than every other DS release in the past year and is not cool. Obviously Nintendo (or the stores, or both) think they can gouge just because it's Pokemon, and judging by the masses of kids I saw today, it's working.
