Wanting a good clear protective case

I have the cobalt ds and I'm looking for a clear protective case for it. The only reason I got a cobalt was for the color, since I already had a white one (and still do) but I really want something to protect it. I've had it since April or so and had it in a clear plastic case from Circuit City, but I didn't like the way it looked on the system and when I took it off last night it left some marks on the matte part of the system and almost took the top left button off because it got stuck on it.

So, does anyone have any recommendations?

i would just buy a regular cloth case of some sort, that you take the ds out of to play...

Thanks for the idea. That will probably be the best solution... I already have some cases like this, I was just hoping to find a case that I would be able to use while playing it and that wouldn't always be covering it, but this seems like the best option. find one thats made of silicone (the one thats rubbery). great protection.mastetofthedark

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not really a fan of silicone cases. I had one for my cell phone and it just seemed to collect everything. I also don't like how it would cover the system and you wouldn't be able to see it.

My suggestion is not to be clumsy and don't drop your electronics, its not that difficult.

Well, I've never actually dropped any electronic that I've owened (and there have been plenty) I'm very careful with my stuff. I just like to have protection if case something would happen that is not expected. I also like to be able to put it in a drawer, on my counter, etc. and not have to worry about every little thing scratching it. Because I like to keep my things protected all of the electronics I own look basically like they did when they came out of the box, years later... I'm a bit of a perfectionist and like to keep my things looking nice. To give you an idea, when I noticed a crack on the hinge of my white DS Lite (still don't know how it got there because it was never dropped or anything, only came out of the case to be played and went right back in. I still think it has something to do with the way the screen opens, but anyhow...) I went to the store and within the hour of seeing the cracked has the Cobalt DS purchased and charging... I know, I'm crazy, I plan to seek help soon :P
