I went to my local Gamerush to buy Metroid Prime 3 on August 28, and discovered that they don't stock it on their shelves until August 31st! Then I went to Target, which is farther away, and found out, no MP3 for them until August 29! Now I have waited and finally got the game, but why did some game stores stock MP3 late?
I live in Vancouver (A decently large city) and I had to go to 3 stores before I could get a copy...luckily they were all in the same mall. It was actually sold out in the other 2 stores, and that was the day it came out...so maybe it was a good idea that I preordered Brawl and Galaxy, as those are much more popular games. To anybody who said that you don't need to preorder games, those 2 will for sure be sold out within a day or 2, I suggest people preorder, just to be safe.
