Meteos is an AWESOME puzzle game, Hotel Dusk has a gripping story, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is a near-perfect platformer, Mario Kart will provide hours of fun with friends, Elite Beat Agents will keep you groovin for a while, and of course...
Zelda: Phantom Hourglass will blow minds...I can not WAIT for that game!

There is a thread for this, not to mention dozens more on this page alone. I'm pretty sure that constantly creating new topics with the same subject is considered spamming.
Still, to answer your question Puzzle Quest, it's a puzzle RPG and it's good. Mario 64 is the best you can get as far as platformers for the DS. Don't listen to these guys who are screaming pokemon, unless you're a fan, go with something else. Â
Pokemon, Mario Kart are the best 2 games by far. Jump Super Stars even though its in Japanese is also an awesome game.
Beware though. There are alot of Mediocre games I have played for my DS. They aren't bad, but they aren't Super good either. If you can try to rent/borrow from a friend.

Phoenix Wright and Hotel Dusk are great games, but a more focused on reading and learning. Tramua Center is good but the Wii and DS versions are the same and I like the Wii version better.
