What are some of your favorite Nintendo Video Game songs? :)

With a lot of amazing songs in Nintendo Games, it's definitely hard to pinpoint just one that I like. I personally enjoy many of the Pokemon battle themes, especially the Lance/Red Battle theme from the Pokemon Gold/Silver series. Nothing can describe the sheer amount of epicness that song has lol. 

What about you guys? What are some of your favorite Nintendo OSTs?

add Perfect Dark 64 soundtrack and that's just about got it for me.

Man, those are all some awesome choices :D. The Banjo Kazooie music was also pretty freakin' awesome as well :)

Super mario 64 - especially dire dire docks. Zelda - from the original to SS is awesome. Metroid prime F-zero F-zero Xenz2

I forgot about F-Zero. Big Blue is the win.

There are way too many. But some that come to mind off the top of my head:

Route 10, Pokemon Black 

Stickerbrush Symphony, DKC2

Happy Mask Salesman, Majora's Mask

Aquatic Ambiance from DKC.

A good amount of Rare's games had good music, Banjo/Perfect Dark/007.  Love that wrist watch-music of 007...

Duke Nukem 64, and Zero hour... (the music in these were awesome. Especially the exclusive late 80s style theme music for Duke Nukem 64)

I would say all the Zelda games.

I remember Turok and Turok  2 seeds of evil... (port of adia)  in particular. 

I would say a good bit of the mario games.

Tetrisphere

Star fox had a few good tracks.

Metroid had some good ones too.

Forsaken 64 (although it was a multiplat)

Wipeout 64 (although it was a multiplat)

Command and Conquer 64 (although it was multiplat)

Oh lord, there's too many! Delfino Plaza theme, Dire Dire Docks, Wind Waker Great Sea theme,... and so many more. That's what I love about Nintendo hardware/software. Everything has good music. Heck, other systems don't even have menu music for a lot of their apps!

In praising the many great songs in Nintendo games I'm also praising how they add music to every single system app in some way, unlike other companies. Stuff like Miiverse (at least at the start), Nintendo Video, Mii Maker, Activity Log/Daily Log etc all get pretty cool music. Whereas those utility apps on other systems don't get any music.

I am totally lame, the over world from Loz is my txt alert for my iPhone. I've got some metroid ones I like too, but Zelda has always been my fav music.da_chub
