What games are you picking up one day one. For me it's NSMB, Zombie U, and if it's launch title Aliens: Colonial Marines.

NSMBU and Rayman Legends (and Nintendo Land via Deluxe bundle). Potentially ZombiU. Still on the fence about it (and don't try to convince me otherwise, I already know plenty. It's lack of money more than desire).
I have NSMBU and ZombieU preordered, as well as Pikmin 3 but I don't think that one will be a launch day release. Oh, and Nintendo Land through the bundle. There are a few others games that I want to get (Rayman Legends, Darksiders 2, and Batman AC) but I am going to wait for reviews since I could also get those for 360
Same here, but I think I'm going to nix Pikmin in favor of Black Ops2, since as you said Pikmin seems not to be a launch title. Zombie U is probably the game I'm most interested in playing.I have NSMBU and ZombieU preordered, as well as Pikmin 3 but I don't think that one will be a launch day release. I'm excited for New Super Mario Bros. U and Rayman Legends the most, and are the only titles i've pre-ordered (well and Nintendo Land which comes with my WiiU, but not excited for that in the same way I am for other games.) Plus there are a LOT of games coming within the first 3-4 months of the systems life that i'm excited for.
Rayman Legends is WiiU exclusive.I have NSMBU and ZombieU preordered, as well as Pikmin 3 but I don't think that one will be a launch day release. Oh, and Nintendo Land through the bundle. I've preordered my Wii U deluxe. As well as Zombie U (formerly killer freaks from outerspace) Zombie U looks interesting seems to have embraced the idea of the second screen of the Gampad tablet. 2 other games, I'm looking at getting are New Supermario Borthers U. It has been a while since a Mario game was at a Nintendo launch. N64 way back in 1996 So Mario is a must for me.
If Call of Duty Black Ops 2 is a launch title? I will buy that I played the first one on PS3. Impressive that Nintendo landed that and Bayonetta 2 for the Wii U. By those are not launch titles. Black Ops 2 would be great if it was.
So I will get Tekken tagTtournament Wii U edition. Curious to see how the Gamepad is for a fighting game. Or Batman Arkham City Armoured edition. (I've played it one PS3) again I want to see how the second screen of the Gamepad adds to the gameplay, is it worth it? afterall that is Nintendo's main selling point of the Wii U. The second screen of the Gampad tablet controller.
So my launch titles are Zombie U, New SuperMario Brothers U, either Tekken tag tournamnet Wii U edition or Batman Arkham City Armoured edition. Or if Call of Duty Black Ops 2 is released on Nov 18th 2012. Should be since the other versions are released 5 days earlier. Nintendo didn't say so it may be later.
And finally Nintendoland since it is the "pack in game"
I agree with all of the games you listed.Pikmin 3, Wonderful 101, and NSMB all have caught my eye.
And for some reason I'm interested in Black Ops 2 even though I haven't touched a CoD game since CoD Modern Warfare. Sounds gimmicky, but playing on the gamepad actually intrigues me to some degree.

Edit* I just read an article about Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge and I have to say it looks really interesting; It seems like they fixed all the problems fans hated about the PS3 and 360 version; It might also be better cause Nintendo is publishing it.

Some launch titles that I'm excited for right now are Rayman Legends, New Super Mario Bros. U, The Wonderful 101, Nintendo Land, Nano Assault Neo, Trine 2: Director's Cut, and Scribblenauts Unlimited. There are also some others that I'm keeping an eye on.
If you mean launch day then New Super Mario Bros. U and Rayman Legends
I think some people need to check what the actual launch games are because I'm quite sure the Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, and Aliens are not coming out launch day.
My number 1 most anticipated game overall is Pikmin 3 of course. The first killer ap of the console
