I have a back-log of Wii games to play, but currently my list would be something like this:

7. Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

...I just realized I excluded Twilight Princess, Super Paper Mario, and Mario Kart Wii. A top ten list is too hard!

Among the ones I've played:
10.) Mario Kart Wii - Great multiplayer game but not a great Mario Kart game. I'm disappointed at the simplified stats for the racers but I'm happy with the change of drifting and slide boosts, makes the game a bit more fair. It just could've been a more solid game.
9.) Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Reflex - Graphics aren't that bad and the gameplay is solid. Wii version suffers from some framerate problems and weak graphics but it's still a good game. Online is always fun especially in MWR.
8.) Tatsunoko vs Capcom - I'm not a fan of fighting games but this one smacked me in the face and said "no". Online is bad for me because of my location but the single player and local multiplayer are great experiences. Graphics are fantastic and the game is just so smooth. I should start giving fighting games another chance from now on.
7.) Rock Band 2, The Beatles Rock Band - I'm a huge fan of Guitar Hero and well, Rock Band is a bigger and better game. The transition from GH to RB was smooth and RB2 delivered is almost everything for the Wii (Shame no exports). With a huge list of DLC, what's not to love for a music game lover like me?
6.) Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Online really sucked but atleast nothing can ruin local multiplayer. This game is every Nintendo fan's dream and it plays like one too. I loved the characters, graphics, gameplay and controls. It's just a great fighting game for Nintendo nerds.
5.) Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition - I'm a fan of the RE4 engine and I found the Wiimote to be the perfect controller for this game. It was the first time I played RE4 so you can't blame me for putting it on my top 10 list. I sold it for some cash but plan to get it again.
4.) No More Heroes, No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle - First one was fun but it had its flawed. Second one is also fun and improved but had its fair share of problems too. Despite its problems, I found the NMH games to be a crazy wild ride that messes with you whenever it can and that's not a bad thing.
3.) Okami - Everytime I start the game, the world "awesome" comes to mind. Love the art$tyle and gameplay. Controls could've been better but it didn't hurt the game at all.
2.) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - My first proper Wii game and first 3D Zelda and it was a blast! Couldn't stop playing this and enjoyed every minute from start to finish.
1.) Super Mario Galaxy - First 3D Mario game and it was lovely. The moment I took control of Mario I thought "Oh snap!" and I knew it was going to be an enjoyable ride. I was not wrong.

Special mentions:
New Super Mario Bros. Wii - Fun game but never finished cause multiplayer spoiled me. Now I always want someone to play it with me :P
Monster Hunter Tri - Didn't beat it or do much quests but I'm liking it so far.
Metroid Prime Trilogy - Didn't finish it but I will slowly get to it.

I can't put these in order. They're all great games.

Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Zelda: Twilight Princess, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Little King's Story, Super Mario Galaxy 2.

I can say though that I think Super Mario Galaxy is the best Wii game I have played. The other games can share the second place.
