Personally only thing that would make me consider buying a DSi is the whole SD card and DSware/shop thing. My DS is slowly starting to die on me and probably buy the time this comes out it'll be time to get a new one. Whether i'll spend more money getting a DSi will only become an option after I see it in use and more reviews of it come out. But right now i'll probably just get a new lite.

I'm puzzled why my poor quality camera phone is 2.0 megapixel, and it's over a year old...and now Nintendo is coming out with a "new" DS again but this time with a 0.3 megapixel camera? (I honestly find it hard to believe they'd make it that poorly)
No wonder Nintendo is raking in the profits. Using crappy cheap junk and calling it new, and knowing full well that parents will buy it for their kids...when I see it that way it makes sense why Nintendo strays away from producing a quality product.
for the last time, the external camera is 3MP, you can even read about it here on GS. most cellphones have at least a 1MP, why would Nintendo downgrade to .3MP?

Putting it into this perspective settles it for me. I will not be getting a DSi. I already have a computer, i want a portable gaming system, which as a DSLite owner I already have.

Yes making it wider and taller is not a good upgrade for a portable device. You don't want to bring a TV-sized thing to carry along, do you?
