I just bought Quickspot and regardless of the reviews, I really enjoy it. Plus, my Mom likes it too so that's always a good thing.

But how about Honeycomb Beat? It's only $20 so is it a pretty good puzzler?

Any thoughts would be great. And if there are any other budget game, let me know so I can check them out!

Thanks.

I really liked Quickspot, too.  Finished it quite quickly, so I hope that another is coming out soon.  Haven't tried Honeycomb Beat, though.

I really liked Cake Mania, which started at only $20.

I don't know if $20 bucks is really considered a budget title when full priced games are only $30 - $35.  If Quickspot was only. 9.99 then it would be alright, but I feel its much too limited of a game. Honeycomb Beat is mediocre, but it should keep you enetertained for a little while. Personally I'd just shell out an extra $10 for some of the ''better'' titles.

I have not tried any of those games. For some reason,I rarely see any marked down games anywhere but eb games and those are only about five dollars cheaper than the new ones.

I don't know anything about those games, but Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow has been re-released as part of "Konami's Best" line and it's now $20 new -- that's a fantastic DS game. Maybe you've already played it, but thought I'd include it here as a tip for other bargain shoppers reading this thread.
