Better hardware and better online and something I didn't knew I wanted until Nintendo announces it :D

Personally, I want the "Nintendo Revolution". Gamecube-like controller.
But that won't happen.
I'd like
A. HD Graphics
B. Nix the Nunchuck and wiimote. Or maybe replace the D pad on the wiimote with an analog stick or something. My point, change the controller.
C. A new Zelda game :) because I love Zelda.
HD and 3D.
A massive graphical leap.(no more 6th generation graphics!)
Better motion controls than the motion plus.
Backwards compatibility with GC & Wii games.
Cheaper VC....
Blu-ray :D
More adult games..
Core Nintendo games like The Legend of Zelda and Metroidneed to evolve.
A strong launch titles list.
And something new that only Nintendo could do!

[QUOTE="Demonjoe93"]I'm just saying, if they're not gonna properly utilize the technology past simply shaking it, why use it all? I like how games like Red Steel 2 innovated motion controls but games like Super Mario Galaxy should have had an option for the Classic Controller. How is this a troll thread? I don't think TC is trolling, he's just bringing up the question about what Nintendo should put into their next console.
Demonjoe93
so galaxy didnt usethe wiimote properly? forget it..im done with you..
Well how exactly does merely shaking the wii remote enchance the experience like motion controls are supposed to do? I don't have a huge problem with it, I just don't see why they couldn't add a Classic Controller option like a lot of Wii games not do. I don't why I'm saying this, after all, you're "done" with me now.
Oh and before you accuse me of trolling or anything like that, look at some of my System Wars posts and see how much I've defended the Wii and Nintendo in general in the past.
Mario Galaxy made HEAVY use of IR. It just wouldn't work with the CC.

Evolve to what? Prime 3 and TP are stellar games.

I do remember parts of those games where they do use the Wii remote in avery fun way.

Are you joking?
We are in 2011.
Twilight Princess was really, really easy, though it was really great.
....but Zelda games have become stale.you KNOW that!
As for Metroid,Prime 3 was just another addition to the Prime series(an awesome one),and Other M failed because its too fast and too easy, and has problems.
So again, are you joking? all franchises need to evolve.*hint hint Mario*
Please Nintendo,do something new with your core franchises!
Thank you.

For what? Star bit collecting? The game would have been worse off with out that because...?[QUOTE="goblaa"]Mario Galaxy made HEAVY use of IR. It just wouldn't work with the CC.For what? Star bit collecting? The game would have been worse off with out that because...?meetroid8

Oh, you mean the worst parts in games?
What he said and a better online system e.g no friend codes.Keep the motion controls but have a more precise Wii Motion plus, and have it in both the wiimote and nunchuck (which should be wireless).
HD resolution is a given, anyone who doesn't actually think that will happen lives under a rock.
Same great nintendo first party titles
WreckEm711
Besides what Wii offers?
Better community features (like no more damn friend codes for starters).
Better online support.
Stop being so family friendy. More mature games. Im not saying wii had none but its just super hard to sneak an M rated game past nintendo.
I don't care about hardware(nintendo never had multiplatform consoles and I dont expect they ever will), motion controls, 3D... do what you want with that.

don't change the subject...thats not what was being argued.. he said you only used it for star bit collecting...false.
if you want to say motion controls hurt mario galaxy....well..um thats another topic.
-1080p graphics. What I'd really like to see if a 4k2k scaler or output support.
-HDMI and/or DisplayPort. Really make his console future-proof. This way 3D at 1080p60 is actually obtainable.
-7.1 loseless audio via HDMI. Get with the times seriously. Pro Logic was and always will be crap.
-Blu-Ray Drive. Wouldn't make sense not to use it in this day and age. I'd love for the Wii successor to be a media player like the PS3.
-Better wireless motion controls. I'd really love it if I could play a Wii FPS and not have the controller jerk everywhere/lose position when going offscreen. Also Red Steel 2 had the potential to be much better but controls still felt funky. Wireless sensor bar is a must. Wireless Nunchuck and remote too (Keep the wrist straps of course.)
-Internal HDD support. Something like the PS3 has. Would be beyond epic if they included an SSD drive (Even if it was a small storage size.) Also USB HDD support and SD card.
-New Zelda in the dark style such as Majora's Mask or Twilight Princess. The posibilities for Zelda would be endless!
-A proper online system. Really, it isn't that hard. With the Wii its like they purposely made it retarded. Free also. I don't want Facebook or crap like that with my online. Nor do I want to pay to use a paid service (Xbox Live...Netflix...lookin' at j00.)
-Most importantly, ability to natively render/play Wii games in 1080p. Mario Galaxy, Twilight Princess, Red Steel 2, and many other games look FANTASTIC in 1080p and a resolution change is all it needs. AA isn't even needed. TP actually looks really good with high-res textures.
Controllers with NO cords period!!!!!!!!!!!!! and up to par graphics. I love nintendo but it is hard to get excited for any games anymore
[QUOTE="Juryau"]It needs to come out opening day with a new SSB title... we need a new Super Smash Bros. titlemeetroid8It has only been about three years. :?
Super Smash Brothers is one of the most popular games in Nintendo's arsenal so it wouldn't surprise me to find out that thenext SSBwould be a launch title like Melee was. I just want it to rock like all the other ones did.
More Wifi games, better online coding. HD, maybe.
System adding friends like 360 and PS3 and not just on games.
You think Nintendo would have learned from the other two consoles by now.
ChatClair
Problem is, Nintendo has this "always trying to be different" disease.. "oh we can't be the same"..sometimes its great but other time its stupid, like Wii speak.
