For me it would be Heros of Mana, but I'm not exactly sure how good it is. I've never played a Heros of Mana game before, but I was looking at some screenshots, and it looked pretty good.
I'm looking forward to a few games, including: The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass Final Fantasy Tactics A2 Final Fantasy 12 : Revenant Wings Dragon Quest IX Drawn to Life and I'm sure if I thought about it, I would think of another game or two I'm looking forward to.

I'm also looking forward to those games, but I would also like to add Final Fantasy A2, Dragon Quest 9, Ninja Gaiden DS, Legend of Zelda: PH, Luminous Arc, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates and Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
Of course im looking foward to Rune Factory... maybe the second Harvest Moon DS... i dont know much about it though... drawn to life could be really cool. ohh and star wars unleashed.

but if you ask me i think heroes of mana is gonna be better then revenant wings, i enjoy building buildings and such more then just gaining monster through a spawn point =/
