Your best bet is Medal of Honor Heroes 2 and there's also Batallion Wars 2 if you like a little Strategy mixed in. Haven't played either so I can't tell you how they are but if you're looking for a great single player shooter, there's always Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.
At the moment the only online shooter is MOHH2. I'm really hoping they put the next timesplitters on the Wii and put it online, that would be an awesome online shooter that would rival Halo as far as online options.
