Sonic Rush, Big Brain Academy and Mario Kart DS.
Reasons:
Sonic wasn't as enjoying as its 2D predecessors.
Big Brain Academy was very boring, with the same exercises over and over again, while not having fun. Also I finished it in 4 hours.
Mario Kart DS: It was fun at the beginning, but frustrating as you play it more. Also, I didn't have Wi-Fi, so that's a bummer.Â
The only game I have regretted buying so far, was Mario Kart DS. It's not that it wan't a good game, it's just that it got very repetitive and boring after about 2 weeks of playing it (I traded it in after the 2 weeks btw).
Also NSMB, but not really. I haven't beaten the story yet, and probably wont for a while. The game is VERY overrated, imo, and is very simplistic throughout the whole journey. The minigames are the only things making me keep this game to be honest...
I played Tomb Raider: Legend on a friend's 360, and thought the game was cool. Since I didn't have a 360, and had only 3 DS games, I decided to buy it for the DS. BIG MISTAKE! That game plays nothing like the console versions. I think I had it for 3 days and returned it.:x
metroid was kinda bad.
i got lunar knights and just could not get into it
new super mario bros. was way overrated but i dont regret buying itÂ
-Murdock- If you want good sims on DS, you should wait for 1701AD and the SettlersDS. They are what you were looking for.

On-Topic: It's hard to "regret" having bought DS games as you can sell them for almost their initial price and it's hardly ever a loss. The two games, however, that I sold very quickly because I didn't found them all that great, were actually Mario Kart DS and Metroid Prime: Hunters...
