The first DS game I had was Super Mario 64 DS. Not counting the Metroid Prime Hunters demo that came with the original DS.

Super Mario 64 DS. This was actually the first time I had played it since I missed out on when I had my N64. I got my N64 later into the life cycle and the Rare platformers like Banjo Tooie and DK64.
