I recommend the second Mario and Luigi game. So you can play that while waiting for the third game to come out.

Pokemon Diamond! It is undeniably one of the best rpg's on the ds! Who wouldn't want a pokemon game?

There's a lot of average RPG's that are fun. Check DS>RPG>All games. A lot more than people mention... also check recomendations thread.
