What'll be the next Metroid title?

Seeing how Metroid Prime was put to a close with its third chapter have any title suggestions or gameplay innovation ideas for the next series?

Possible Titles: Ultimate Metroid, Metroid Unleashed, Metroid: Resurrection of the Chozo, or Samus (my personal favorite)

Yes! The multiplayer was the best thing about Metroid Prime Hunters. If MP3 had multiplayer then I'd still be playing it.

i'd like a contiuation of the prime series not prime 4, but with very similar gameplay.

i'd like that mysterius ship that appeared to shoot samus down on some planet and she'd be all by herself cut off from the federation, similar to the original prime.

I know, what's the point of learning from mistakes and trying again?

the only reason the multiplayer in mph was the best thing was because the single player sucked. multiplayer in mp3 would only be good if they removed the auto lock on feature that ruined multiplayer in mp2.

and the next game will probably be 2d on ds. hopefully 2.5d.

I agree with you. Retro learned from their mistakes, retried multiplayer, and hit it out of the park with Metroid Prime Hunters.

Yeah and look what happen to the once wonderful single player mode. It was ruined, they didn't even have metroids.

...the "mysterious ship" looks nearly identical to Sylux's ship in MPH. The MPH booklet says that Sylux has a bad reputation with the Galactic Feds, so maybe the next game will be Samus and the Feds versus Sylux?

Oh, and Retro Studios didn't develop MPH.

I would enjoy seeing another 2D Metroid game, Ala Fusion.
