The GC's controller or Wii's nunchuck controller

I am about to get a wii and i'm getting SSBB with it. I was playing the demo in a store and playing with the nun chuck and it wasn't that great. I've seen pple say the GC gamepad works better and just wanted to hear opinions. is it something I can get used to on the nunchuck? does one have an advantage over the other?

They're about the same. The only reason people use GC so often is because they've become so used to it after Melee. Use whatever you are most comfortable with.

I have had this game since approximately a week after launch and I have yet to use the Wii remote. I am just used to using the gamecube controller from Super Smash Bros Melee so I didn't see reason to switch. The controls are much easier than the Wii remote. I would suggest using the GC Controller.
