Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, hands down. Has an amazing story, ADORABLE characters, the gameplay is awesome and it has tons of replay value. Not to mention, awesome ending!
NSMB and Pokemon D/P are tied for second, probably.

I agree with you on the Zelda Phantom Hourglass, It was my favourite tied with Final Fantasy IV. But for mulitplayer it would be a tie between Mario kart, Metroid Prime hunters, and Star Fox Command and Bomberman.
Good story, great gameplay, great extras, and very addictive when it comes to the collection of souls and upgrading weapons. I've played through it multiple times, and probably will do so again in the future.
This is probably the hardest question I'll answer in a while...
I just have too many DS favorites. Pokemon D/P/Pt, Meteos, Taiko Drum Master, Kirby Super Star Ultra, Densetsu no Stafy 4....maybe I'll skip this topic, lol.
pokemon Mystery dungeon: Explorers of darkness. My friend had trouble beating Primal Dialga and let me play for a couple of minutes. Best game i ever played, best music i ever heard. Its so EPIC!!!
wasn't this thread started in August? Final Fantasy Tactics A2 has me hooked. I can't keep myself away from it. Shhhh... did you hear that? I think it's calling me right now;)
