It does come with a game. Now this game may be nothing special and average at best but still a game, Links crossbow training. You can always buy RE:UC it comes with a zapper aswell.

Grow up. If you were Nintendo would you try to operate in a way as to always break even on every business endeavor? I assume if you were running things, you would sell it for $2.00.
