All of the bosses sucked, personally ganondorf seemed like the only boss that Nintendo even put effort into.

Ganondorf sucked. They just added him to the game to make it feel more like a Zelda game. They could've have used Zant as the main villain.

Although most know it already...it would have been a good idea not to put that in your Title. Its a spoiler of sorts...and most people that havent played it and might be drowning out everything about it until they do just found out Ganon is in it.

Bad poster...bad bad poster.

Yeah, but I really liked the idea of a hourse-back riding fight against him. That was a nice surprise.

you just ruined the game for me by putting that in the Wii forums and putting that on the thread title instead of putting it in the Tp forum, thank you.

Most people have known since E3 05 that ganon was the main villain.  Unfortunately Nintendo treated this like a surprise in the game even though most of their fanbase already knew of his inclusion.

Point? Still doesnt make it ok to spoil it for those who didnt know. Yes, I thought he was easy. Most bosses were easy...but fun at the same time.

Finding out Ganon was the last boss was a spoiler?  Are you kidding me?

As long as we're doing spoilers:

YOUR HORSE'S NAME IS EPONA.

Mwahahaha, why even buy the game now?

Yep I own it. The sword fight against Gannondorf compared to TP was like a nice concept idea, in TP you even had the chance to fight Gannondorf with Epona, didn't see that in WW, plus the sword fight reminded me of OOT which looked very intense.

I would disagree, I thought the last battle was great. Excellent atmosphere, and action, was it difficult? No, but name me one really difficult game in the last 10 years. Games are not hard anymore, to be honest they were never hard, they just seemed more difficult when we were small children.

You do realize that TP was just a emulating Ocarin and Wind Waker?  And that in Wind Waker the fight is reflex based as opposed to TP's button mashing.  I'd take the original fight over a copy.

TP Has it own story, with similarities with OOT and WW, I been knowing that. Lets think about it this way, in OOT and in WW you never seen Link fight Ganondorf with Epona and have Zelda in the back shootin the light arrows, so therefore that was something original to talk about. The sword fight like i said looked more intense (to me) in TP. The WW fight was very very nice no doubt, but I find the TP version a lot more intense like in OOT.

I guess I would have liked TP more if it had been more proprely animated, but seriously I don't know why they changed Epona's Original running animation (previous E3 trailers) to the final one she has in the game, she leaps and jumps rather than gallops.  And when Link does that flip at a thousand rpm to stab ganondorf, its too goofy for me and drew me out of the experience.  But in WW when Link just stabs G dawg in the face I felt: "eff yeah!"

I LOVED the sword fight in TP and i dissagree with the statment that TP is only emulating OOT and WW. The fight had loads of original stuff! Of course There was the horse-back battle but there was also Dark Beast ganon and you also had zelda and midna helping u!

Like every boss battle in the game, it was pretty easy but definitely epic. The whole build up and the four stages of the fight kicked major ass. I don't know what everyone is complaining about. If you've played the 3D Zelda games, I would hope you have a handle on what to do in battles and how it all controls. This last boss battle is one of the best I've ever played, mainly because of how epic it felt, what the Zelda series means to me, and with the Wii remote, I was really getting into it. The fight was intense and I'm one of those nuts who kind of jerks their head to the side and moves the controller around, so waggling the remote made it even memorable, in a weird sort of way. The music was sick and I just loved the whole atmosphere of the duel. The fight, just like the whole game, is far better than anything Wind Waker had. People have a nerve to complain about how easy TP was, especially after it followed up the simplest and most tedious game in the franchise, The Wind Waker.

I don't think he was the hardest boss in the game. I couldnt tell u now which boss i found the hardest but i do no that the first stage of the battle was simple because it's almost identical to OOT where u must slash that light thing over and back then in the second stage your baisicly being told what to do on the bottom of the screen.

Well at least it was better then MM probably by far the worst Zelda game ever.

Mask collecting, TIMED gameplay, and small sized world? WTF was Nintendo thinking?

Oh well, it's probably by far the least remembered 3D Zelda game, and it is for a very good reason.

Not really. MM did nothing but take away the stuff good from OOT. It gave you a smaller world. Timed gameplay which didn't allow me to explore at my own pace. Took away all the forbidden And used a stupid gimmick and claimed it was a full fledged sequel. Pathetic excuse for a Zelda game.

And as for not being a Zelda fan, I've played every single one, from the NES all the way to present day Wii. So don't go telling me that I am not a Zelda fan.

It was pretty simple, but more challenging than most bosses in the games, and atleast harder (and better) then the bosses in Wind Waker.

I really liked the boss, with a really good and mood setting dungeon leading up to it, along with more boss "phases" than I expected.

The world was the same size, there was more to do though, and the time mechanic was necessary for the story which kicked ass.

I see that you liked TP because it resembled Ocarina, but seriously that's not all it takes to make a good Zelda.

Well, all I can say is that the Ganondorf duel rocked... it had an epic feel to it. The atmosphere, the music... epic. But I must say, the bosses were kind of easy. I mean, my 8 year old brother won the game! He needed help in only one place... But still, an amazing game. ;)

[QUOTE="ThaT-Masta"]All of the bosses were pretty easy. but it would be better if they made ganon really hard so you have to keep playing him till you beat him.wahotses-den
I'd like 2 no what u mean by " keep playing him till you beat him"

He means that you would die a couple of times before you got it right...

Yeah, it was okay I guess, but it doesn't beat this:

TP>>>The hell out of WW

Well at least it was better then MM probably by far the worst Zelda game ever.

Mask collecting, TIMED gameplay, and small sized world? WTF was Nintendo thinking?

Oh well, it's probably by far the least remembered 3D Zelda game, and it is for a very good reason.

Wow, not a fan of Zelda I see. Not liking Majora means you probably shouldn't be allowed to play Zelda titles.

The world was the same size, there was more to do though, and the time mechanic was necessary for the story which kicked ass.

I see that you liked TP because it resembled Ocarina, but seriously that's not all it takes to make a good Zelda.

I honestly hated that aspect. It REALLY held TP back from what it could've been. It could've been all about the Twlight Realm, but no there has to be this stupid fan-service crap of OoTII. And to be honest, I was disappointed with OoT, atmosphere wise. I absolutely HATED what they did with it, after the intriguing world that was ALttP, Nintendo just screws it all up.

Woah, so we can't criticize TP for sucking?  WW blew my mind with its story and freedom.  TP felt like a Kingdom Hearts-lite action game with some linear question.  Wooohooo...

He never even mentioned Nintendo.  Honestly pal I think your losing it.

So?  Nintendo did screw up.  Listen,  Almost 90% of people who've played OOT think its awesome, about roughly halfof the people I've spoken with who've played TP didn't care for it.  That means that TP just isn't up to snuff, sure SOME people think its awesome, but then again some people think the last two PS2 dragon ball games deserved 9.0 scores.
