How about a turn based stratagy game(Think Final Fantasy Tactics) where Bower and his Koopa army fight with Wart and his dreamland baddies for control of the Mushroom kingdom! Koopa troopas vs Shy Guys! Boos vs. Pidgits! Pirrana Plants vs. Cobrats! Mecha Koopa vs. Ninji's! Totally awesome.

You could even have peach controlling an army of Toads! I would buy this game immediately.
