How do you not like brawl??? Whatever though. You can play with your mario kart while I'm busy owning people in the soon to be AAAA Super Smash Bros. Brawl! (Exageration, I think it will get 9.0-9.5)

[QUOTE="WllDan7"]I say SSBB but mario kart sold more than melee on gc and the one on the ds is almost at the 10 mil mark, so it will be a tight race between the two. chris3116

Where are people getting these stats?

Double Dash sold under 4 million.

Smash Bros Melee was upwards of 6 million. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smash_bros_melee

Smash Bros... hands down.

Use better resources

Kart outsold Smash on the Gamecube

The link you gave is awful and incorrect and the citation for those numbers come from a article bashing the Wii

Mario Kart Double Dash outsold Melee? I hope you're joking.

Bring a link that says DD outsold SSBM.

Here's one. Link

I think it's a no-brainer in favor of Mario Kart. This topic isn't about which game is better, it's about which one will generate more sales. And ultimately, every hardcore Nintendo fan will buy both games. So, the difference will come down to casual gamers. And in my opinion, Mario Kart will appeal to the casual fanbase moreso than Brawl.Nash-MVPx2

exactly wut i was thinkin

Nah I'm from Ontario, Canada. Love the Suns though. Basically I follow the Raptors and whatever team little Stevey happens to be playing for at the time.

That was the quickest source I could grab.

And both IGN and Gamespot have always promoted Smash Bros Melee as the best selling Gamecube game.

I have no idea where you're getting those numbers from. On system wars when they argue Halo sales numbers, Smash Bros Melee also comes up as being very close in sales.

Kart wasn't even close.
