i pre-ordered it (well wrote my name in a book) last year in august... then i officially pre-orderd it in september... (i was the 3rd person :D ) then was excited till christmas because my mum said she would collect it and give it to me on Cday... all day everyday i was on it in the Cday holiday but after that i hardly touched it........ i got my 360 in feb... :S
Had it since launch in the UK and stopped playing it everyday once i'd completed Zelda also like last poster also have a 360 which gets more attention.
My bro got it at launch, we both played it for about a month, i went on vacation while he stayed home for 2 months, i came back and he wouldnt let me take it out of his room, and i couldnt be botehred going in there, so for about 6 months i didnt play it (played computer games instead) and recently took it out and now play it everyday.
got mine uk launch day, played it everyday for probably a month or 2, then quite often, and now i just turn it on every couple of days to check votes, and news. i'd play it more if i had more time and money to buy games lol, but im def getting metroid! so itl have lots of attention again when thats out lol.

I used to play it every day with zelda, then i played it off and on with a couple games (like Madden and stuff) now im playing it every day because of metriod :D.

Ya that's how it is for me too. Though I've played my Wii quite a bit (don't have a PS3 yet) but there's some weeks where I don't play it at all, then I download a new VC game, or get a new Wii/Gamecube game and I'm seet for another week or two.
I got mine on January 28th. We had a snow storm and got out of school for the next 2 weeks! It was an awesome 2 weeks, perhaps one of the best I've ever experienced.
