How do i get the pokemon from Gold and Silver over to Diamond and Pearl???

So it is impossible to get all the rare dogs and so forth into the Diamond and Pearl.
To get the rare dogs, all you have to do is catch all 3 of them in seperate files of Firered and Leafgreen(you can catch only one per save file depending on your starter pokemon).
