Shadow and Knuckles aren't playabe characters in the game! We are NOT talking about assist trophies, sticker etc.

They belong in the game, why have 6 pokemon reps. when Sonic only has one rep. along with a few other people.

So, in conclusion, he belongs in the game!

Why not if it makes thier charecters more popular they will sell morre games then get more money

and if Nintendo REALLY did not like Sega they wouldnt make Sega Superstars for nintendo systems

Why does Nintendo care about Sega's sales? Nintendo doesn't own sega or anything. Its not that they like or don't like sega. Sega is a publisher. They published a game for nintendo's system. Nintendo allowed it. Nintendo doesn't have some personal relationship with Sega, Capcom, Konami, EA, etc they're just developers making games for nintendos hardware.

Microsoft doesn't have feelings for Firefox, firefox just operates on PC's

plus SSB was originally a battle between nintendo characters. I don't want snake or sonic in there. It ruins the tradition

But i still think Nuckles and Tails should be playable charecters because they added Meta Knight and King Dedede from Kirby to make that like a series thing so they should make sonic a series or maybe just even add Nuckles OR Tails not even both

You both lose. You're asking why we have so many people coming from the same Nintendo universe instead of more people from 3rd party universes. Did it ever occur to you that maybe, just maybe, its because they're from the a NINTENDO universe? Smash Bros. is essentially a fan service for Nintendo fans(not that I'm saying thats its only good point, its an awesome fighter) Therefore, it is good reasoning that they will cram as many NINTENDO characters as possible into the game. Sonic and Snake were previously cited as GUEST characters, meaning they aren't regular and not actual members of the family of characters in the game(Nintendo characters)

So the Sonic and MG series only have one representative, did you ever think its because they aren't Nintendo games and aren't even exclusive to Nintendo. Heck, only one game from the current MGS games have appeared on a Nintendo system, and it was a remake! They barely deserve to have a representative at all, let alone multiple. So once again, it comes down to the fundamental reasoning that, why should Nintendo put in more characters from 3rd party games and aren't Nintendo exclusive over characters from their own games?

Shadow is not in the game, because he is not a Nintendo character. This is the first time Nintendo's put new characters in. If they started adding new characters all the time, it wouldn't be a Nintendo game.

Shadow is not in the game because this is a NINTENDO title. Ok? If it was a Sega title, we'd have Shadow in. Maybe in the next game, they'd add more Sonic characters. Not sure.

I'd really like to see Knuckles in a SSB4 too. His fighting style could be excellent. Shadow on the other hand would be very similar to Sonic. But not too similar you guys. He has alot of attacks different from Sonic Nintendo could input. But I'd rather have Knuckles in.
