Wario is also most of those things
I really don't like Wario either. But he has gotten better in the personality and games area with the Wario Ware games.

Wario has about 10 of his own games(ie. Wario's Woods, Wario Land 1-4, Warioware, and Wario World). Wario has a good personality, being greedy and all. Wario is a much better clone than Waluigi.
I think Waluigi is underrated. I use him all the time in Mario Party 4 and I don't see what's so bad about him, even though his name is uncreative.bowserjr123

I think it would be a great idea to have him in Brawl. It would only make the roster even better, but I wouldn't know what special attacks and final smash he would have.
I always use Waluigi too because I like Luigi, but I also like to use the evil characters, so it works well, but I do use Luigi in Strikers Charged because I like his stats better.
we hate waluigi for one main reason..... because he is a poser. No one likes posers. all he does is act like luigi but ends up looking like a dumba$$modsaf

Well mabye he could do things like in the Mario sports. Like in Tennis, his special is to spin lika a tornado.
I'm sorry, what? Wario has a personality, Wario has several of his own games, including his debut game, Super Mario Land 2 for GB! He was there before any of the 64 characters. Wario is cool. Waluigi isn't. Sure, Wario is like Mario, but inverted, but Waluigi is then a copy of Wario rather than a twisted version of Luigi. He doesn't resemble Luigi in any way.
I have no problem with him. I wish he was a playable character instead of being a stupid AT in brawl. it would had been epic if mario , luigi , wario and waluigi fight each other in a free for all match or team battle the mario bros. vs the wario bros. think about it that would had been tight but sadly it didn't happened. :(
Waluigi is a rip-off to Luigi (who is one of my favorite characters).he is only taller and skinnier than luigi but still he is exactly like Luigi.That is why Luigi likers (like me) will hate him.his voice is annoying to.

Waluigi first appeared in Mario Tennis on the N64, he hasen't been the main character of any game like Wario has, so he must not be a very improtant character. I guess some people just don't like those qualities and whatever else they associate with him, but I think he's funny if you know the jokes my friends and I make about him.
